The owner was very polite and helpful, and the double bed was comfortable, but the room felt a bit run down, the windows needed cleaning, wardrobes were damaged inside, and there was no TV remote so I had to use the TV to change channels. I don’t like staying in a place that’s run down, especially when the owner is nice and friendly, so it definitely needs some work, though it’s not the only hotel or B&B in Blackpool that could use improvements.

The staff went above and beyond in everything, the room was well furnished, and the location was spot on 🙂 There was nothing I didn’t like.

Staff was lovely, location was great for where we needed. As lovely as they staff were the room was dirty. Damp on net curtains, in the shower, carpets were dirty, tea/coffee station was covered in a towel and the table underneath was filthy. Toilet door was a shower curtain and the toilet rolls were just left on the floor
