Nziza View Hotel

“I had a wonderful time during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great”

The location gave me easy access to taxis and the breakfast was very good, especially the chapati. I think the people playing snooker and dragging chairs upstairs in the eating area need to be corrected because that disturbed my sleep.

The stay was fine, but I was very disappointed that the hotel refused to provide a genuine RRA EBM invoice and instead gave me an unofficial receipt. As a paying guest, I expect transparency and compliance with Rwanda’s official business regulations

“Perfekter Ort für eine Reise nach Kigali”

The staff were very friendly, the view over the city was fantastic, the mattresses were pleasant and there was warm water for showers. Super! Nothing negative.

My stay at Nziza View Hotel was absolutely delightful. The breakfast was superb, featuring a variety of homemade dishes that truly made each morning special. The staff was incredibly welcoming and proactive, always ready to assist with any needs that arose. What stood out the most was the continuous support provided by the team, even for very specific personal needs, whether it was guidance for shopping, or navigating specific locations within the city or country. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience was evident in every interaction.
