Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
We celebrated our sixth wedding anniversary at the Ritz‑Carlton and it was an excellent choice. They organized a very thoughtful event for us, leaving us completely satisfied. Korean staff member Woojin made us feel comfortable and we were very grateful. If I return to Macau, I will stay here again.

The staff were friendly, the facilities comfortable, the food delicious, and there were plenty of activities, especially the view was excellent. Among all the hotels I've stayed at, this one stands out. The bed was also very comfortable.

We both had colds, yet the staff were extremely kind and caring, and the hotel offered various special services that made our stay especially enjoyable. The elevators, however, were noticeably cold.
