The reception was friendly and welcoming. The room was large (5 beds) with a full kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. It sits on the river with seating areas. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available. All windows could open, but there were no screens, which would have been useful for insects; at least one had them. The nearest shop is a bit of a drive, so keep that in mind, but for a short stay it’s a lovely spot to relax.
We couldn’t have asked for a better setting – the place is right on the river, the hosts were friendly and the food was tasty. Everything just worked, so the stay felt effortless.
