“Absolutely great for kids... and a bargain!”

This hotel feels a bit 'tired', yet I gave it an exceptional rating because our 5‑year‑old absolutely LOVED the water park. The playground area is wonderful for kids, the water slides are great for older kids, she enjoyed playing in the sand on the beach, and the whole family liked morning walks along the beach. The breakfast buffet is quite good, and the staff are very friendly – I even had a nice chat with one of them at breakfast. So if you have kids, they’ll love this place, and it’s an amazing value. Just overlook the fact that the hotel is a bit dated. Nothing could have been better… but a note to the hotel: if you try to reserve a room for 1 adult and 1 child, you’ll get a message saying “Children are not allowed at this property”. Children are allowed, of course, and this is a hotel made for kids! The listing is wrong (no problem on other booking platforms). You need to list the child as an adult. The hotel is losing business because of this, so I strongly suggest they fix their listing.

“To be improved”

The view from the room was a highlight, but the elevators were always packed and you had to wait. The staff’s English was weak, making communication difficult. The housekeeping team would knock on the door even when the DND button was pressed. Breakfast was repetitive and lacked variety, and the coffee machines were frequently broken. The coffee in the rooms was noticeably better than the breakfast coffee. A 1000‑baht deposit was collected upon arrival.

The pool was excellent and the breakfast was tasty. From the tower and the balcony of the room, the view was beautiful. The only downside was that the pool closed early.

“Abit piss of”

Yes it was all right but getting old breakfast ok poolresort good. Didnt like booking in for 4 nights but on the last night told to go to another building because start work on where we were staying would not have stayed there

Everything was charged extra, especially the Kids Club, which seemed to force parents to pay more even though the children were small. The room had water leaking outside the bathroom, making the floor slippery and causing a child to fall.
