The rooms were larger as expected. The restaurant/bar was used and the food was acceptable. Complimentary breakfast was great. There were 3 elevators and they were very fast. It was a longer walk to the room and past some garbage left in the hallway in the afternoon and overnight. (The elevator was only on one end of the hotel). There was a charge for parking which was interesting since it was so close to a large mall with a parking area

The staff were amazing and we had a fantastic time. The room was cozy and quiet, we loved the happy hour, and breakfast was excellent. The location was great!

Everything was fine except the AC in one room was problematic. The AC in that room was the only issue.

Checking in was smooth, the bed was comfy, and breakfast tasted good. However, our room had problems: the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were gone, there was no hand soap, and the garbage cans lacked liners. The staff quickly supplied the missing items. Since we didn’t know how to replace the empty shower wall fixtures, we placed them on the shelf, which ended up breaking off.
