The location was great. I didn’t take breakfast, but the information said it was very expensive if I had bought it separately. Fundamentally, it’s an excellent, beautiful, clean riad in a prime spot.

The suite we booked was stunning, and the staff took excellent care of us. The spa facilities were truly magical.

From the moment the chauffeur Abdou greeted me with a smile at the airport, the experience felt smooth. He then handed over the ride to Sofia, who skillfully weaved through the crowded streets to bring us to the Riad, handling our luggage with ease. Finally, Loubna welcomed us with a friendly smile and warm hospitality. The place has everything for relaxation: a spa, treatments, and hearty breakfasts. The only downside was the early departure.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great. Breakfast was excellent, and the overall presentation of the building impressed me at first glance. However, the Riad’s modern minimalist décor quickly became tiresome when it wasn’t maintained. The air conditioner was loud, tiles in the bathtub were coming loose, there were stains on the marble, and the central fountain/pool was broken and still unfixed. The photos on the website look great, but the reality is not quite what it seems.

The staff were truly special and the place is beautiful and clean. I don’t like staying in the popular neighbourhood because it’s very crowded during the day and oddly quiet at night, and cars can’t enter the narrow alleys, which made moving luggage difficult.
