“Schönes renoviertes Hotel.”
We were greeted with great hospitality and received a spotless room overlooking the garden, pool, and mountains. The next morning we enjoyed a hearty breakfast buffet, and we parked our car safely in the hotel’s secure lot. Every staff member was friendly, and we could walk to Malcesine’s charming old town in 30 minutes along the lovely lakeside path. The only downside was that we stayed for just one night on the way.
The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were kind and welcoming. Even though the hotel sits on a very busy street, the rooms are sound‑proofed so we didn’t hear any outside noise. The air conditioning worked well, and there was a bar at reception.
The staff were very friendly, and we received our room well before the scheduled check‑in time. There’s parking right next to the hotel, and the room is large with a beautiful view of the lake. I highly recommend it.
