The hotel is 5‑10 minutes on foot from the points in the new town and 15‑20 minutes from the old town. The staff’s service and attitude were very good, the cleaning was nice and the internet connection was good. Because we were going with our child, finding a room with an extra bed was important to us, and the extra bed met our expectations. Overall, a modern and nice hotel. We were satisfied with the breakfast, especially for us Turks, as it was hard to find a breakfast in Europe that meets our expectations. It wasn’t a Turkish breakfast, but it was more than sufficient. The only downside was that the view from our room looked out between two walls at the street. We weren’t very happy with that, but it might be because it was a corner room. Other than that, there was nothing else that disappointed us.

The hotel was very quiet and well sound‑proofed, which made us feel very comfortable. The location was okay; the hotel is in an office district, many places were within walking distance, but not everything. For travelers who like to explore the city on foot, the location is great. The staff were mostly friendly. The room was partially unclean; the rooms were only superficially cleaned, the pillow had stains, and some staff seemed annoyed and were not very friendly. Overall, the hotel was far too expensive for what you get.

Excellent dining options and super polite and helpful reception staff at check in and in restaurant. Nothing pleasant room and wonderful staff in great location the only thing that could improved would b access to streaming on tv eg Netflix or Prime
