We only stayed one night because my wife didn’t like the place; I asked the manager to refund 30 nights and he said he would message Booking to return my money, but Booking still hasn’t refunded it. I checked out the next day after arrival. The bed was small, the air conditioning was poor, the bed sheet wasn’t clean enough, and the safe box wasn’t sealed in the wall.

The location was good for Rompo Market and bars. From 30th October there was no hot water at any time; water went off at 08:00 Saturday and wasn’t back on until 18:30 that night. The bedding hadn’t been changed from the last guest; I had to get the pillows changed because they had sweat stains and smelled until I complained. Noise from a building site rang from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and rooms were being renovated for 18 days. I got a room and lining changed, but I would not recommend this place to anyone; if you need pictures, let me know because I have plenty to support this.

The host was friendly and helpful. The initial room was quite small, but the second room was far better sizewise. There was no hot water in the first room, so I was moved to another, but that room also had no hot water. They tried to fix it and got it working, but it stopped again; I had no hot shower for 4 days.
