The building is pretty and well furnished, with good Wi‑Fi and a quiet area nearby. Unfortunately, we couldn’t shower because the water was freezing both late last night and early this morning, and we couldn’t warn you in time. The sink tap was broken and the drain was clogged. We only received a shower towel, no hand towel or bidet towel, and no shower mat. All the baseboards were loose and I almost fell with my trolley. The bathroom light switch was chipped and the bedside lamp made a annoying squeak. Even though we left our suitcases in the room (the room wasn’t cleaned yet and the lady kindly let us store them in the wardrobe), the door was wide open and not locked. The overall room cleanliness was minimal; something fell behind the bedside and didn’t look great. Also, the Booking filters listed the room as having a bathroom, even though the description says otherwise, which misled me.

The place looked clean, cozy, and the location was close to bars, restaurants, and a bus stop to reach Venice. It was quiet with little noise, and the staff was very helpful. I couldn’t figure out how to use the air‑conditioning, and the shower water was lukewarm.

The location is very convenient. The staff are wonderful, the accommodation is clean, and it’s great that there’s a fully equipped kitchen. It’s also nice that you can settle in immediately after arrival without waiting for a check‑in. Thank you especially for that.

The location is good. About an hour before our scheduled check‑in, we got an email saying that Central Luxury Garden had plumbing problems and that we couldn’t stay there the first day. We tried to contact them through the app, by phone, text, and email, but never received a reply. When we looked up other reviews, we found another traveler who had the same issue: a last‑minute cancellation and no response. They said Central Garden tried to get them to cancel so they could collect the cancellation fee. I would be cautious about booking this place—while it seems to be in a lively area near Mestre’s center, it might try to scam you.
