The location, the friendly staff on reception, the booking in ease, the room was great , upgraded to a better room with full mini bar for £25 extra. no brainer,,. The new flag ship bar on the roof, lovely space done really well,, ut my god please re-train the staff how to pull a pint of Guinness. £8:50 a pint the worse ive ever had,, I went down stairs to the main bar. exactly the same. terrible
