“Katastrophe”
Nothing positive – the worst place I've ever stayed at. The worst part was having to hold the shower button down the whole time, which made a normal shower impossible, especially for the back of the body. I’ve seen pressure‑release buttons in pools that let you shower for 10–20 seconds, but here water only comes when you keep the button pressed. It’s awful. I would never book again unless the showers are fixed. From the start you have to hold the button and endure the icy water, and you can’t adjust the temperature. The same goes for the sinks. After a long day you want a shower, but here that’s not possible. Saving water and money this way is disgusting. The rest was also bad: typical Czech furnishings, a bad mattress, a worse blanket, and catastrophic cushions. The constant noise from sports activities and balls hitting the walls made the whole house reverberate because everything is metal. The service was the usual Czech “friendliness” but the staff couldn’t speak a word of German or English.
