The room was very clean, accessed via a codesave at the front door. The size was OK for a single night, parking was right outside the door. The windows could be darkened with shutters. The bathroom was OK in size. Breakfast was in the neighboring building, not a buffet, but it was sufficient, tasty, and we found something. We checked online whether the restaurant was open that weekday because we were passing through to the south. When we arrived everything was closed, a sign said it was closed that day. No open restaurants in the whole town, so we had to get back in the car. Annoying. We later found a note on the website, but if you book weeks ahead you don’t check again three days before. The room was OK but the TV was set to half past seven. We had tools and aligned it on the wall mount so we could watch normally again. We booked a Bavarian inn with a beer garden and were a bit disappointed, because we could have gotten that in any 0815 hotel.
