Checked in expecting a chill stay but it was a bit of a mess. Room was tiny, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly - had to ask multiple times for someone to come fix it. The hotel's in a great spot, close to everything, but that's about where the positives end. Staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took ages to get anything done.
