Having a parking spot right in Livorno is pure luxury. The bed is very comfortable, everything is beautifully renovated and furnished, so you could stay a few days to explore Livorno. Getting into the room felt like a bit of Fort Knox: three stages to overcome and only the online check‑in gave you the access codes; having to take a selfie with your ID as part of the check‑in seemed a little questionable.

The location is excellent, the parking is great and we were allowed to use it for a few hours after checkout. The place is very clean, everything you need is in the room, communication is superb, and the staff gave excellent local recommendations—everything was perfect! We’ll definitely return.

The room matches the photos, check‑in was hassle‑free and worked immediately, and the description was spot on. The private, fenced parking spot is ideal so you don’t have to unload the whole car. The only downside is the air‑conditioner is so loud you can’t sleep.
