Nothing positive. The staff stole money from my card, and when I complained I was trespassed; I may never use this booking service again.

The place is in a good spot, but the room felt ancient; the bathtub had peeling porcelain that stuck out in shards, black mold was present, and the TV was broken.

Nothing good to mention, and everything felt dirty and unsafe.

Breakfast was thin—no eggs, meat, or waffles; I couldn’t separate the styrofoam bowls to keep cold cereal, so I stuck with a bagel, peanut butter, and an apple, which was better than nothing.

The hotel is close to the mall, other shops, and restaurants, yet the floor in my room was disgusting—feet turned brown from dirt. Mold appeared in the bathroom corner of the shower and on the caulk where the tub met the floor, which was rusted and seemed ready to break under my weight. Cracked tiles in the entryway and human feces on the wall in front of the toilet were also present, along with a faux fingernail, an earring, and someone’s sock found in the room. The front desk assigned us to a smoking area without asking if we wanted a smoking or non‑smoking room, tried to charge $150 for my boyfriend’s service dog, and insisted we use a separate entrance because the dog supposedly needed service animal training—yet a service animal is legally exempt from such surcharges.
