Breakfast was good, the location is excellent, and I always stay here. The rooftop was closed and cost 15, but that wasn’t a big deal for me.

The location is great, very close to shopping centers and you can walk to them. The room is spacious with good air conditioning, well cleaned, and the breakfast is varied. There’s a shortcut at the back of the hotel to quickly reach the Oviedo shopping center. There’s no pool, the price feels high compared to other chain hotels in the same city area, the lobby lacks a more welcoming atmosphere, and the overall hotel design could use a more modern touch.

The staff are fantastic, and after staying many times over the years I still see the same people in their roles; the bed is high quality. My room lacked a kettle and had very few bathroom amenities, and the room they gave me was too small.
