Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff is very helpful, cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast buffet offers great options, walking through the resort feels like strolling through a rainforest, and if I return to Phuket I will definitely come back here; thank you to all the staff, nothing was lacking for me.

The resort is excellent and well organized, but the showers are good while the doors can't be locked, which is a bit foolish, especially with kids.

The property offers direct beach access and a beautiful, well‑maintained garden all around; the building we stayed in had an elevator that accommodated our needs (we brought a 93‑year‑old with us). Every staff member was polite, hospitable, and eager to help, and the breakfast was delicious in a bright, airy room.

Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality and warm welcome; a special thanks to ARMS for all the help and kindness, and again to everyone—everything was absolutely perfect!
