Beautiful place with a lovely host; I would come back again and there was absolutely nothing I didn’t like.

The location was very rural, a 15‑minute drive to Matamata, with very pleasant gardens and I loved the lemons! We were unlucky that the television wasn’t working during the rugby match the guys wanted to watch, and since we hired the whole house, breakfast could have been left in the kitchen for us to help ourselves.

The place felt very quaint and homey, and the owners were kind and welcoming. The house is beautiful and comes with a small garden that has a pond.
