The office was visible from the reception and looked cluttered, which made me distrust the hotel’s general cleanliness. There was no security; the door chime rang when anyone entered, but the owner never appeared. Anyone could enter at night and use the elevator. There was no escape route in case of fire. Water flow was poor. The TV remote was dusty and hadn’t been wiped.
