“Bien mais il manque un peu le sens de l'accueil.”

The hotel has good facilities and a pool. I arrived at 15:30, but nobody was there and we had to wait by the pool until 16:30 when the rooms were ready. That was frustrating, especially since the staff seemed more like a group than guests. On the last day the morning greeting felt a bit warmer, but we were still leaving. With a bit more thought and a better welcome, this place could be great.

“Collanges La Rouge - nie wolno tego miejsca pominąć !”

I started with dinner: a nice covered terrace, delicious dishes (big applause for the chef), and a very friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty and served on the terrace. The room was spacious and finally had air‑conditioning—what a relief! Huge thanks to the lovely owner who took care of everything. I highly recommend this place (garden pool where you can swim). Before leaving, the lady suggested we visit Collanges La Rouge, 5 km from the hotel. We did, and it was a charming town (despite many tourists); we saw everything that was worth seeing. No complaints.

“Pas top”

The hotel has a pool and is easy to reach. It’s close to a very busy road, so it’s quite noisy. We expected a genius offer with a large bed but got a standard room instead. The staff said they don’t participate in the genius program, so we paid for a very basic room listed at 99 € but ended up paying 113,85 € after the Booking commission. This is the first time I’ve encountered this; very disappointing.
