The comfort level was high and the staff were very kind, yet the breakfast service needed improvement—the staff were overwhelmed and completely overrun.
I stayed in a spotless room, but the alarm went off at 8 am, which was annoying.
I was very pleased with the stay, and there was nothing really negative to mention.

My first room was in a catastrophic state, but it was changed immediately; however, some rooms still need improvement.
