The reception was warm, the staff and owners were very kind, and the location is great. Nour helped me at the last minute to find city tour guides, which I really appreciated. The Riad is lovely, the room is spacious, well‑soundproofed, and spotless. The bed is firm, which suits my personal taste and is of good quality. Breakfast is very complete and excellent. I highly recommend it.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the location is great, and the Riad is very authentic and beautifully decorated. The daily breakfast was lovely. However, being in the Medina, our online maps didn’t always work well enough to navigate us back, which got a bit tricky after long days of exploring Fez, but it wasn’t an impossible problem to overcome—part of the Fez adventure!

The Riad’s staff are very friendly and multilingual. They reached out to ensure someone could meet us at our drop‑off point and escort us to the Riad. Nour and Salah are wonderful people who offered advice during our stay on where to go, what to be cautious of, and explained notable attractions on a map of the Medina. The Riad is a 2‑minute walk from an eastern entrance of the Medina, which was nice because we didn’t want to stay inside it. We enjoyed our suite, The Ambar, because it was very spacious and tidy. Breakfast was very good, with an assortment of baked goods, jams, honey, butter, cream cheese, a nice omelette, and a large pot of mint tea. They also arranged for us to have breakfast in a private area on the first floor, which was a nice touch.

The location is excellent. I might have given a lower score, but the staff’s kindness and availability made me raise it. The inner courtyard, where the room windows overlook, is closed at the top, so there is no air circulation; it feels a bit claustrophobic. Cleaning could be improved.

The sweet Riad was super beautiful and we had a great time. The hospitality was extraordinary, and we were helped right at the beginning to find our way around the Medina.
