The location is great for exploring Umbria around Perugia and Assisi, and the property is pretty and well run. Unfortunately we were there during the hottest week of summer, and the lack of air‑conditioning affected our sleep.

The view from the hotel was priceless, the pool was beautiful, and the spot was convenient for exploring the area. The driveway was uneven and the car kept hitting the curb. The beds were very firm, the kitchen was well equipped, but there was no air‑conditioning.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere la maggior parte delle località dell'Umbria. Struttura tenuta bene e immersa nella tranquillità e bellezza della natura. Suggerirei solo di installare delle zanzariere e/o dei climatizzatori negli appartamenti
