The staff were friendly, but we were not entirely convinced by our stay. The room felt a bit older and could use a refresh; cleanliness was just okay, though we wished for more care. Breakfast was small and mainly the basics, enough for a short stay but lacking variety. We also had a room next to residents, and on the first night there was a loud argument with shouting; even with the window closed, the noise was obvious, making restful sleep difficult. The hotel can’t control resident behavior, but the room’s location was very inconvenient for us. Overall, the stay was not as pleasant as we’d hoped.

The location is good, but the internet was very poor.

“Nice location but noisy people at night”

The spot was convenient, but a woman upstairs began screaming in the middle of the night, and the staff didn’t intervene or warn anyone. No guest should be allowed to disturb others, especially at night, so the staff should keep an eye on excessive noise and act quickly to keep everyone calm.
