“magnifique établissement”
The hotel is magnificent, the room is perfect, the breakfast terrace is superb, the staff are very professional, and the fitness is incredible.
“A memorable stay where thoughtful design, exceptional wellness and warm service made one night feel like a complete expe”
I spent a night at Brach Paris and it felt like a special experience, thanks to the thoughtful design details, a room that’s beautiful yet relaxed, and a wellness area that really shines. I used the pool, jacuzzi, hammam, and salt room during my stay and even after check‑out, which made a single night feel surprisingly generous. The staff were warm and attentive; after a half‑marathon on the morning of check‑out, I couldn’t get a late check‑out, but they immediately let me shower and use the spa for as long as I wanted. Little extras like the LED mask experience, a tote bag, and cookies at departure added a personal touch that made the stay memorable. Overall, Brach turned one night into a real experience rather than just a hotel stay, leaving me relaxed, very happy, and convinced it was worth treating myself to. The only slight downside was the absence of complimentary bottled water in the room—bottles were sold for €8, which seemed unnecessary for a hotel of this caliber.
Modern and great feel-good look of the space. Rooftop layout was not great nor very inviting. There’s a “privacy” bottom - equal to a do not disturb in other hotels. We had it pressed so instead of coming to our room. They proceeded to call 3 times to asked if we wanted fresh towels. When I asked in the reception there was no apology offered. I had also written in the booking and to the concierge I’d be coming with my service dog. They made a huge deal of not having the room ready for a dog, since they weren’t aware of the dog. Idk how was that out issue. Eventually we just kept the room they had prepared for us. These are two of 4 really unprofessional interactions with the staff
The staff were wonderful, polite, and helpful, and the building was classy and tasteful.
“Pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles”
The hotel’s location was fine, but the view from the room and the pool lounge chairs on the upper deck fell short of five‑star standards and the service was only average.
