The location was good, but the hot water ran out quickly, the sink was broken, and the toilet lid was broken. I had to pay cash because the machine didn’t work, which felt very Italian. The fridge next to the bed was noisy, and the room was cold. The front‑desk manager was a good guy, but for the price I wouldn’t stay again.

The place is in a good location, not far from the main attractions. The price is reasonable and the staff are very friendly. Cleaning happens every day.

Nothing positive. The room was very small and neglected, with broken tiles. The hot water didn’t work, so we had to wash with cold water. On top of that, the television was unusable because the antenna was broken. Continuous outside noise made it hard to rest. This morning at 10:20 a.m. a lady knocked on our door repeatedly to remind us that check‑out was at 11:00 a.m.; we were already aware of the time and found this behavior unnecessary, intrusive, and disrespectful of guests’ quiet. For €190 a night we expected much more. These were not minor inconveniences but failures of essential services and minimum comfort that a hospitality provider should guarantee: hot water, working TV, a decent room, and the ability to sleep. The value for money was terrible and the stay was not worth the amount paid. It was an extremely disappointing experience that left us feeling that €190 was wasted. We do not recommend it and will not return.
