The staff were super attentive and friendly, making us feel at ease in a nice, calm area. We booked two rooms, but in the morning we discovered that room 4 didn’t have a water heater. A water pump kept turning on and off all night in room 4, making it hard to sleep. There’s no food on the hotel grounds and the rooms don’t have kettles. The rooms are a bit small, so there’s no space for a wardrobe.

El dueño fue muy amable y atento. Cuando llegamos nos dieron un té de bienvenida. Y como llegamos tarde y no conocíamos los alrededores, nos pidieron la cena de un restaurante cercano para comerla en el hotel. La habitación era cómoda y tenía aire acondicionado. No nos dieron desayuno ni había opción a que nos cocinaban ahí. A nosotros no nos importó mucho pero a pesar de comprender que está en un entorno natural, tendrían que vigilar que no entrasen sapos por el lavamanos

The location is good. The A/C didn’t work in the booked room, so we were moved to another room. The hot water setup couldn’t be used. It wasn’t very clean. I went to the toilet and had to come back outside to the front desk to ask for toilet paper—there wasn’t any in the toilet. There were no facilities to make tea or coffee. Overall, not happy.
