Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Check‑in was quick and the staff were welcoming; the hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and the kitchenette area in the room was handy. The furniture could use an upgrade, and the sheets and comforter had holes or burn‑like stains.

The sheets and towels were dirty, and the room had a strong smell of urine.

The room was comfortable, but the water was warm instead of hot.

Enough space for 4 people. 2 adults 2 kids. The pillows were pretty flat. Had to use 3 to sleep

The place was a complete disappointment; nothing was up to standard and the experience felt forced and unsatisfactory.
