The staff were excellent.

The reception service was incredibly good, and all staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable; the bathroom was a bit old but still clean and acceptable. The air conditioning was excellent, and the internet was fast and very good. There was no dining room inside the hotel, so we had to walk less than a minute to the Dweik 3 hotel for meals. The options weren’t many or varied, but the food was very tasty and clean, and service during meals was excellent; the crew was extremely courteous and attentive. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and what impressed us most was the excellent service and hospitality.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dweik Hotel 2. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were kind and helpful, especially receptionist Saeed Khalil, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I also loved the convenient location and the overall hospitality. Everything was well organized, and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. I’d be happy to come back again. Nothing, everything was convenient and made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely be happy to stay there again.
