Central and convenient, within walking distance of the train station, Old Town, restaurants, shops, trails, and mountain access. The rooftop sauna, lounge, and restaurant/bar offered amazing, breathtaking views, and the hotel room had the best view of the Alps. The only drawback was that the room wasn’t as clean as expected.

Excellent location; the views are spectacular; it has a wonderful rooftop; everything is provided, it’s clean and the service is very good.

The staff in the breakfast and restaurant areas were very friendly, especially the men. The room offered a great view of Innsbruck and the mountains, and the breakfast was excellent. We’ve stayed here several times before. However, when we arrived this time the room wasn’t clean: the table was dirty, the toilet was stained with blood, and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed. During our four‑day stay, the toilet and sink were never cleaned, and the floor was never mopped.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the smoking; I’m from Texas, where very few people smoke in public, so being exposed to it was unpleasant.
