The room had large windows and free tea, but it was so cramped that you can’t close the terrace and kitchen, leaving you no place to move except to sit on the steps outside because the top room feels suffocating. Leaving the kitchen open all night is nonsense. If I return at night, I want to make tea before 8, which is impossible. The place is just too small for that.

I stayed here twice because I liked the place, and each time I made sure to book a room on the ground floor to avoid the stairs, which can be a hassle if you’re carrying a 23‑kg suitcase. The building feels like a home, so the common areas, though small, are cozy. Carlos handled the group activity planning and Aitor was very friendly when answering questions. They honored all the requests I made before booking. The rooms are tidy but a bit cramped for extra luggage. Breakfast is simple, but given London’s prices it’s acceptable for a quick bite before heading out. The location is excellent, making it a great starting point for many tourist spots. Thanks for the experience!

Location, clean, and not crowded rooms. Price-value. I didn't use much of the kitchen, but there were plates, small bowls, a toaster, a kettle, and basic cutlery. Shower rooms are too basic, you don't even have space to put your toiletries. Sound isolation between the floors is completely absent. Half of the night, it felt like there was a basketball match being played in the room above

As a woman, I felt very safe and comfortable in this hostel. The staff were friendly and really helpful with all the questions I had. The location was perfect, just a stone’s throw from West End shows. The toilets were always clean and I never had to wait to use them.

Check‑in and check‑out were flexible, and the staff were friendly. My room and most of the hallway stayed quiet, and they supplied fresh bedsheets. The bed itself wasn’t very comfortable.
