I liked the facilities and the host's instructions, as well as the availability of the staff. Nothing else at the moment, only that the receptionist had a somewhat brusque attitude but was attentive afterward.

The location is outstanding, right in the Quartieri Spagnoli. The staff are friendly and the vibe among guests is good. The value for money is great. However, the toilets and showers could be cleaner, and it would be nice if towels were provided.

The staff were a bit brisk, yet they were actually helpful! The runaway success of this place is the culture it creates with its outdoor bar. It’s secure, safe, and extremely well located. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here!

Breakfast is generous with a good selection of items, and the hostel’s position is very good. The bathrooms are a bit small but still functional and adequate for their purpose.

The facilities were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Communication with the staff was excellent from the start, and they were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was a huge highlight and the perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Naples. Thank you for your warm hospitality, I appreciate it. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike! Everything from the facilities to the staff communication was excellent, so I have no complaints at all.
