There was no breakfast; instead a 20 % off voucher for Perkins was given, which was a surprise. The bathroom was in very poor condition: the door was sticky, the vent was painted over, the shower mat was stained and looked disgusting, paint was peeling from the walls in patches, and so on.

Friendly staff, smooth check‑in and check‑out, and a well‑lit parking lot. However, the tub had hair, the bathroom door paint was thick and peeling, and at about 10 pm on Friday I saw a passed‑out man in the lobby with a group of kids who seemed to belong to the receptionist—quite odd.

The location was perfect for the Cranfest event, but the prices were steep. Additionally, there was no free breakfast.
