Everything was good: the staff were friendly, the breakfast buffet was nice, the place was clean, and the location was convenient.

We wanted to visit some places and the location was perfect for that. When we mentioned the noise, we were immediately given a different room. However, it wasn’t very clean. We slept near an emergency exit where a machine outside made a lot of noise, and the hallway and neighboring rooms were noisy with bells ringing.

When I arrived, I was told that all superior rooms were sold out and only smoking rooms were available – it’s hard to believe an hotel in 2026 still has smoking rooms. I found it unacceptable to stay in a smoking room, and the only option offered was a paid upgrade to another room, which was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was the worst; the floor flooded during the first shower and stayed wet all day. There was also noise from the hallway and nearby rooms, and bells ringing in other rooms. Luckily, I only stayed one night.
