The staff were very friendly, the spot was convenient, the bed comfy, and coffee and tea were available 24/7 in the common area, but the bathroom needs fixing and tiny ants swarm if you leave anything on the table even for a minute.

The accommodation is excellent, the staff’s exquisite service stands out, they gave us bikes to visit the temples and breakfast at no extra cost, the location is great near the center, and I recommend it.

The TV was broken, so they offered a room change, then told us not to use the toilet because it flooded and to use the room we moved out of; they turned the water off overnight, so if you ran out of water you couldn’t flush until it was switched back on. I booked three nights but only stayed one.

If you’re staying in Ayutthaya, this is the place to go; I’ve stayed here before, the staff are super friendly and will do anything for you, they let you rent a motorbike, the hotel is right next to the temples, shops are next door for food, the rooms are spotless and the AC works great, there’s a dining area with a microwave, and you can park your car if you have one—100% recommend and we’ll be back next year!
