The staff at this hotel were really friendly, that's the one thing that stuck out to me.
The rooms were tidy and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
The breakfast here is pretty extensive, which was a nice surprise.

“Befriedigend”
The carpet in the room was filthy, there was water damage on the ceiling, and the table and dresser were very dusty.
They were very helpful and immediately addressed the internet problem I had; I have nothing else to add.

The downstairs breakfast offered a good mix of sweet and savory items, the staff were friendly and attentive, the bread was fresh, and the quality of the food was good.

There was no staff, no one at reception, and the cancellation was not accepted even though we never stayed at the hotel. No communication at all.
