There was no breakfast offered, but the room had a fridge and we could pick up a few items from a nearby shop; a hotel restaurant would have been nice.

The cleanliness was passable, yet the front desk staff were rude, the soundproofing was poor, the rooms felt cramped, ventilation was bad and the windows wouldn’t open.

I stayed at a 4‑star hotel that felt far from deserving that rating; I’d say it’s more like a 2‑star place. The rooms had no water, tea, coffee, slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes, and they even sold those items if you asked. Other hotels give you a borrowed umbrella when it rains, but they ignored that request. Apart from the location, it’s a mediocre pension‑style hotel. Everything was bad, from the lack of basic supplies to the staff’s cluelessness about tourism; they don’t deserve the money they take.

The bathroom left me disappointed because the shower filled with water and I had to shut it off before it overflowed; the shower door opened into the shower, making it cramped, and it should swing outward. The bed was too short, forcing me to sleep at an angle. On the bright side, the location was great, and the check‑in staff were friendly and welcoming.
