Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
We were really close to our destination, which was a huge plus, and the hotel's proximity to the mall was a nice bonus too. The value for money was decent, but that's about it. The hotel itself was nothing special, but it got the job done.

The hotel's connected to the mall, which was super convenient, and the staff were really helpful when we needed anything. Unfortunately, the WiFi wasn't working, the TV controls were a bit dodgy, and we even spotted some tiny cockroaches scurrying around at night. Still, the staff tried their best to make up for it.

I've gotta say, Serena Suites really delivered. Charles Rahim, the staff member we dealt with, was top-notch too. Everything was just. good. I mean, it's not like there was anything wrong, but it wasn't exactly exceptional either.
