The room was spacious, fully equipped, consistently clean, and the staff were always attentive, though it isn’t as centrally located as some tourist spots.

The room was very clean and the location is good, but the view overlooked a tiny courtyard with only a touch of natural light and no direct sun, and there is no breakfast offered on the premises.

The bed was comfortable and the cleaning was good, but the location wasn’t close enough to the city’s main sights. The apartment was small, and the shower required an advanced course to understand how it works; the staff member didn’t have the patience to explain it a second time.

Mary was very warm and helpful. The rooms were ready for us even though we arrived early. On the day of departure we could leave our luggage and come back later. Mary was easy to contact, always responded quickly and gave thorough information. The hotel didn’t serve breakfast, but that wasn’t an issue because breakfast was available at nearby cafés, especially Café Italiana, which I highly recommend. I hope we’ll return to Magica Luna.
