I’ve been staying at Mirax Boutique Hotel in Kharkiv for a long time because of work, switching rooms often, and I always feel at home. Every room is better than the last, and the whole team makes me feel comfortable with their kindness, care, and attention. They always go the extra mile. A heartfelt thanks to Julia at reception, Oksana, Alina, Elena for the lovely breakfasts, and Lida and Valentina from housekeeping. Thank you all for your warmth and kindness.

This room is truly high‑end and worth choosing. From the elegant design and luxurious atmosphere to the spacious jacuzzi, the incredibly comfortable king‑size bed, and the huge Smart TV, everything feels thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. For me, this room is definitely worth the price and ranks among the most enjoyable hotel rooms I’ve stayed in.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mirax Hotel in Kharkiv. Having the fitness centre included in the stay is a great bonus, especially if you want to keep training while traveling. The staff were extremely friendly and ready to help throughout my visit. Special thanks to Svitlana, Yulia at reception, Lidia from housekeeping, and Olena who prepares the breakfasts—your exceptional care, attention, and friendliness truly made my stay pleasant. All employees are very welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere where everything is easy and worry‑free. This is exactly the place where you feel well taken care of. Thank you to the entire Mirax team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again.

I stayed five nights in a standard room with a bath. Beautiful, stylish, and clean! Hot water without interruption :) Very friendly and helpful staff. The gym in the same building is available. I will definitely prefer this hotel in the future.
