On my second visit, the receptionist was very helpful and had Ubuntu; the cleaners, kitchen staff, and everyone else were welcoming, down to earth, and genuinely smiling; the rooms were clean, warm even in winter, and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else but Imbali Boutique.

The rooms were spacious and there was a garden that opened onto a pool; the bathtub was lovely, but the pillows were very hard and everyone ended up with sore necks.

Everything was fine from the moment I checked in, with friendly staff who were easy to talk to, and I even managed to get a downstairs room because I wasn’t fit enough for the stairs; however, the downstairs room had a person opposite mine whose television was too loud and he kept his door open while smoking occasionally, which ruined my sleep.
