The staff were fantastic, understanding that we had to leave early because a hurricane was headed toward my hometown, and we’re definitely coming back.

The staff were very friendly and helpful; Adrian went above and beyond to secure an early check‑in so my infant could nap on time and even set up the pack and play before we arrived, and when we had issues with our room we were given a good solution before leaving. However, the first thing we noticed walking to our room was a musty smell in the hallway and a peeling stair carpet that posed a tripping hazard. We stayed in a king suite, yet the bedroom door wouldn’t shut. The hotel’s pack and play was old, dirty, and broken—flimsy, barely locking, with a ripped corner seam that could be dangerous for a baby or toddler. At about 7 pm the fire alarm went off, forcing many of us to evacuate, and when we returned to our room we saw the biggest roach ever.
