The place is tidy and clean. There’s a coffee area with a kitchenette, which is a plus, and the location is only a 30‑minute walk from the terminus station, which is great. The area is very quiet and the landscape view is amazing. Nothing else to note.

What stands out is Roberto’s friendliness and how well‑equipped everything is. It’s very far from Rome’s center – public transport to the Colosseum takes 20 to 30 minutes. We were assigned room “Luna”, and for us the mattress needs replacing, towels are scarce, and there’s no footrest after the shower. The room isn’t cleaned daily, only the bed is made.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot and offers all the comforts you’d expect, though it has a lot of potential for improvement—otherwise it’s perfect!

The place was clean, and walking from Roma Termini is reasonable; you could also take line 105, but the travel time is about the same as walking. A fridge, espresso machine, and breakfast are available in a common room. Roberto, our host, is very kind and helpful. The city view from the 7th floor is great, especially with the elevator. The balcony comes with a table and chairs. The only downside was the water temperature during our showers—switching between hot and cold was a hassle.
