The room was nice, and the restaurant’s terrace offered a beautiful view of the fort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ground floor rooms and the restaurant are beautifully designed, but the rest of the building and the neighboring house appear to still be “under construction.”

The rooms matched the pictures and were spotless, making for a perfect stay, but the promised fort view turned out to be less impressive than shown, leaving me a bit disappointed.

The property sits in a great spot, with clean, comfortable rooms and a staff that is very helpful and kind; the international breakfast is varied and the on‑site restaurant offers good quality food, and the roof terrace is stunning for sunset aperitifs, though, like many places, it lacks heating— the staff quickly set up a heater for us, yet the restaurant’s cleanliness still needs improvement.
