“Estancia fatal , noches sin dormir , a la espera de saber con cuantos perenquenes dormiríamos esa noche”
The pictures didn't match reality; the A‑room looked clean at first glance but had many flaws—rotten doors and windows (I even had one in my hand), windows that opened only with a stone, and the shower screen was held up by an enormous stone that I had to break. Worse, the house was infested with tiny lizards at night because the doors didn't close properly, leaving the walls covered in their droppings. The pool was green, literally green water, and the neighbors had to clean and add water to make it usable. There were also leftover bags from previous guests that nobody removed, not even when the owner stopped by. In short, the worst stay of my life. It's a shame they sell such a rural house in a beautiful, peaceful spot and then leave it in this condition; the facilities are severely lacking and don't reflect the island's beauty. In August it was hot, but don't even think about turning on the room fan—it was clogged with dirt and blew a dusty shower that could kill you. You could easily spend ten years there without cleaning.
