This hotel's proximity to Chengalpattu Railway station is a major plus, and the rooms are comfortable. Although they don't serve tea or food on site, it's not a big deal since Akshaya Bhawan, which is managed by the same people, is just nearby. My only gripe is with the toilet, which smelled bad - probably due to the adjacent rooms' bathrooms. If that wasn't an issue, I'd have given it a top rating.

I was really happy with my stay - the room was clean, everything worked properly, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel feels safe, which is important to me. Overall, everything was great, no complaints at all.

The location's not bad, but I had a pretty terrible experience with the room. I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs - I woke up with scratches all over my body and couldn't sleep at all that night.

Two things struck me about this place - it's right in the centre of the city, which is convenient, but on the downside, there's no car parking available.
