“Kleines Hotel mit gewissen Mängeln”
A nice little hotel right on Svitavy’s main square, easy to find. Breakfast is on the first floor with guests from Hotel Ungar; it’s good and sufficient. From the room you can see a beautiful view of the square and the colorful houses. However, several things disappointed us: we booked a room with two single beds but received one double bed, though there were two separate duvet covers. We expected a Czech‑style restaurant but got Vietnamese cuisine, and the restaurant owner was extremely unfriendly and unwilling to help—apparently he has nothing to do with the hotel. We parked our car in front of the hotel on the square and had to walk through the restaurant to the Hotel Ungar reception to get the room keys. In the morning of departure, the restaurant was closed and the car was only reachable via a detour. We should have been told at check‑in to park behind the hotel, but that didn’t happen.
