The front desk staff were very friendly and the spot was convenient, but it was noisy. Between 7:30‑8 am workers were banging on doors and shouting in the hallways—probably a fire drill or something, not an emergency—but they knocked on our doors and woke us. We didn’t check out until 11 am, which was terrible! Also breakfast wasn’t included and the food prices were very high.

We liked the great location and the area, but the air conditioning in our room was below acceptable. We reported it and the staff handled it well, yet it wasn’t fully fixed.
